- Returns: Each item listing will contain the return policy for the item. If the item is not as described in the listing a refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item and shipping costs will be reimbursed. The buyer must return the item in the condition it was shipped. Normally the buyer pays return shipment. Routinely returns are accepted on new items, if the item has not been opened and the buyer determines it is not what was wanted. If returns are not permitted on an item the information will be stated within the item listing. Customer Service is a priority. I intend to provide a quality product as well as quality service.
